Soft Fork, Inc. ("Soft Fork," "we," "us") is a Tennessee corporation that owns and operates a portfolio of internet brands. This policy explains what information we collect through softfork.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, organization (optional), email address, the topic you choose, and your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We also record your IP address with contact form submissions to prevent abuse.
We do not require you to create an account, and the Site does not sell products or collect payment information.
How we use information
- To read and respond to your messages and verification requests.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, and to detect spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Site. Contact form messages are delivered by email through SendGrid (Twilio SendGrid). The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google and Google may receive your IP address. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store ordinary cached files to load the Site faster.
Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the correspondence, and server logs for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our brands
Our brands, including CelebriCare, Toldya, Viberia, and FleetFounder, operate their own websites with their own privacy policies. This policy covers only softfork.com.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests as required.
Children
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
